Report Service Problems

The City of Tshwane relies on its residents to log service delivery failures so that it may have the opportunity to attend to them. If issues are not logged on the City’s service delivery systems, the entities are likely unaware of the breakdowns and until you report them, the breakdowns may remain unresolved.

Please report your issue to Customercare@tshwane.gov.za or 012 358 9999 or register on e-Tshwane.

e-Tshwane offers the capability to lodge a query or complaint that will be routed to an agent for either web query response or service/complaint resolution. Please use the appropriate option. Users must be registered to use this service as all contacts are linked to a municipal account for better tracking and management.
